Established in 1989, Metro Properties Inc. is the Richmond, Virginia area's experienced choice for apartments for rent and property management services. 

Our full-time staff of licensed real estate professionals and leasing agents have backgrounds in construction, sales, advertising, business administration and property management. We answer our own phone and have a full-time receptionist and additional part-time assistants. We are small enough to provide personal service but large enough to offer a wide choice of properties. 

In addition, our full-time maintenance team and construction crews work diligently to keep each of our 120 properties well-maintained and upgraded to modern standards. Many are historic and each has its own personality.
